how do I get connected?

Online Banking offers you a secure and reliable area in which to perform your financial transactions. Hence, all the transactions you perform on Kutxabank online are completely confidential.

In order to ensure that the service is completely private and so that you feel safe, you should log onto the service using the following personal data:

· Kutxabank card number: that is, the sixteen digits printed on your bank cards.

· password: your personal code number which grants you access to Kutxabank distance banking (online and by phone) and comprises 6 numeric digits. This password is different to the PIN you use with your bank cards at ATMs. You can change your password online or by phone once you have logged on correctly.

· personal code card (pcc): This is a card with different number combinations which we will request to confirm your transactions, allow you to contract products, etc.

each ppc has 100 numeric combinations. You will be asked to identify one of these for each transaction you wish to perform.

· If you still do not have your Kutxabank distance banking passwords, you can apply for them through Kutxabank online or pick them up at any Kutxabank branch office.
